A Victorian-era bracelet, made in the form of a snake, that wraps the wrist three times. The body of the bracelet is constructed with intricately woven, continuous lengths of gold wire--- this miraculous construction closely resembles the scales of a living snake. Our snake friend's face is especially beautiful, witha cute, slightly-upturned nose;his head is realistically detailed, both dimensionally and withengraving. His eyes are small, natural, faceted rubies. He has sharp little teeth, and a forked tongue that pokes out from behind them. The condition of this bracelet is outstanding. Origin is likely French.
